All orders with a value less than $350.00 ex GST are subject to a $15.00 handling fee.

Delivery Charge - Metropolitan Area - Account Customers

All orders above $350 ex GST are free into store; orders less than $350 ex GST are subject

to a delivery fee of $30.00 plus $15.00 minimum order handling fee.

All orders above $350 ex GST are delivered to your nominated carrier in the metropolitan

area free of charge.

Product Exceptions

* Heavy or bulky items such as cement mixers, garden carts, hand trucks, safes, vices

and wheelbarrows may be applicable to extra freight charges, these will be quoted on

at time of order .

Shortages, Returns or Cancellations

Any goods returned as faulty will be credited where faults in workmanship or materials

have been proved against the manufacturer. Returns in writing must be accompanied by

invoice number and date. The customer shall inspect the goods immediately upon

delivery and shall within ﬁve (5) working days of such delivery advise in writing about

any short supply, damage to or total partial loss of goods in transit. When the buyer has

nominated a carrier for the delivery of goods, the responsibility for loss or damage to said

goods passes to the buyer upon delivery of the goods to the nominated carrier. Quality

claims must be made in writing immediately after the customer learns of the defect. A

15% restocking fee is applicable for any goods returned for credit that are not faulty or

damaged.

Settlement Terms

Net 30 days from date end of month.
